HCR Formulations Pvt Ltd manufacturing facilities are located at a pharmaceutical zone of Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We are surrounded by World’s Well-known Industries such as INTAS, UNISON, Bajaj Group, Zydus Research Centre.
HCR Formulations Pvt Ltd is spread across an area of 3000 sq. Feet. Within this campus, we have different plants for multiple dosage forms and a few common utilities.
The manufacturing campus can produce the following dosage forms:
1. Dry & Wet Blended Powders
2. Liquid Orals
3. Tablets
4. Capsules
Dry & Wet Blended Powders
HCR Formulations Pvt Ltd produces different types of powders/Churn. We have blenders and various packing lines, which help us in packing of Tins, Jars, Pouches, and Sachets of various sizes. All packing lines have an in-process metal detector system and are run under temperature and RH control with appropriate air circulations.
Tablets & Capsules
A separate division is dedicated which is manufacturing tablets & Capsules. We also take care of all packing needs and pack the products in bottles, strips, and blister.
The lines are again equipped with metal detectors.
Liquid Orals
HCR Formulations Pvt Ltd produces various herbal syrups, liquid etc. We have a separate department which is dedicated to producing liquids. These units have various manufacturing tanks ranging from 500 ltr to 2000 ltr. We have various high-speed lines to pack the syrups into bottles ranging from 30ml – 500ml.
